A new range of hall effect current sensing relays designed to monitor DC current and deenergise a double pole double throw volt free relay if the measured value rises above or falls below a pre-set level.
Front panel led indicators for healthy and trip conditions are visible through the product label windows. A delay of several seconds between fault detection and relay de-energisation prevents nuisance tripping on systems connected to switch tripping loads.
A number of different versions are available and self-powered versions are suitable for operation for 12V, 24V, 36V, 48, 60V and 110V battery and power supply systems. High voltage models are also availlable and use either an external resistor to derive power from a DC supply or are powered using a customer supplied DC power supply.
The alarms are designed to plug into a standard 11 pin relay base which can be panel or din rail mounted and a base is supplied with the alarm.
Models include a low current alarm relay, a high current alarm relay and an under/over current alarm relay and are valuable safety devices in power applications supporting critical standing loads.
