Our shopping cart which holds details of the products you order, is hosted on a remote server owned and operated by RomanCart.

Customers with a credit account can place orders by telephone, fax or email. Goods and services are provided in accordance with the terms of your account. Late payment may result in interest charges in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts act.

All prices shown exclude VAT which will be added at the current UK rate. Please note that tax applied to orders placed by customers outside the EU is refunded in the form of subsidised shipping costs. In some cases this may result in the cart showing free shipping to your country.

Please note that we accept payment in pounds sterling only. The rate of exchange on the day of the transaction will be used to calculate the sum due for payments from overseas customers.

Many of our products are built to order and consequently orders of this nature cannot be cancelled once production has commenced without incurring a cancellation charge. See our terms and conditions for details. Orders for off the shelf items cancelled before then may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or more, depending upon costs we have incurred.
